Fight Back!

Fight who? Anyone who has their foot on your neck!

Go on the offensive! One of the first lessons you learn in life is that you can either be the victim or victor. It doesn’t matter who your enemy is! Be prepared to fight to the death if necessary or be prepared to be the victim.

You have more power and options than you might think. One of the techniques we used to demonstrate in our martial arts training video was the application of “Pressure Points”. People learn that even a small amount of pressure applied at the right point can disable even the largest and most powerful attacker. Furthermore, the pressure points are easy to identify and anyone can easily apply them.

In the case of a schoolyard bully it might be a kick in the balls. He might say hit me in the stomach as hard as you can but he will not say kick me in my balls as hard as you can or stick your finger in my eye as far as you can. In the case of the politician, he might say I’m in power and you can vote at the next election. He will not say, go ahead and publish that video of me and my mistress on YouTube. In the case of a government agency, they may say write us a letter and we will review it and if possible respond. They will not say take all of your facts, publish a blog and go to the news media. A corporation may say you always have the option of finding another job. They will not say you always have the option of turning over evidence of illegal activities to the news media and government. In the case of an oppressive dictatorship they may say you have no options or we will kill you and your family. They will not say organize and form an armed revolt in the streets that attract media attention and foreign aid and intervention to support you and your fellow insurgents. After all, we did it against Great Britan and again in the Civil War.

It doesn’t matter if your oppressor is a single individual, corporation, politician or the government, the same principle applies. Find “their” pressure point and send the pain. Again, be prepared to fight to the death if necessary or be prepared to be the victim. The options are yours!
